Cameron’s Coconut Roasted Green Beans

1 pound of green beans, trimmed

1 Tbsp coconut oil, melted

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/4 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp lemon zest

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Wash and trim the green beans. Pat them dry and lay them on a foil lined baking sheet.


Coat the green beans completely with coconut oil by rubbing them with clean hands.


Sprinkle the beans with seasoning and put them in the oven on 425 degrees for 18-20 minutes or until they start to turn brown.
