Organ Meat Sausage

1/2 pound ground beef (80/20)

1/2 pound beef liver

1/2 pound beef heart

1/2 pound beef kidney

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/4 tsp cloves

1/2 tsp sea salt

1/4 tsp pepper

Select organic grass fed beef. I have my local Whole Foods grind the the beef, liver, heart and kidney together. This is a lot easier than doing each cut at home. If you have a meat grinder at home, you can use that. Or, use a food processor on pulse until the organs are chopped up. Then add the seasoning and form into patties. You can bake them in the oven on 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. You can also fry them in the pan with a little coconut oil.

Experiment with different spice blends. You can make your own or use a quality pre made spice blend.
