2 sheets of sheets of seasnax seaweed*
4 slices Applegate Farms Organic ham
2 ounces raw milk cheese**
Lay the ham out on a cutting board. Place one half of a seaweed sheet on top of the ham. Put 1/2 ounce of raw milk cheese at the top of the ham and seaweed. Roll up into a log.
Notes:
The top picture was my almost 4 year olds lunch plate. Two roll ups, 1/2 sweet potato, cherry tomatoes and avocado.
*We used the Olive Oil flavor.
**I used raw milk sharp cheddar cheese purchased from our CSA. Trader Joes and Whole Foods both carry raw milk cheeses. If you can’t find a raw milk cheese, look for a grass fed organic cheese for a similar nutrient profile.
