Navigating the wiggly toddler

All of you awesome moms of toddlers out there know that our day is spent reaching down and forward. Often times we are chasing after a little one. You reach them just in time for them to make themselves into a dead weight or quickly change direction.

Motherhood is the ultimate agility challenge! Creating resiliency through your hips and upper back and a great connection to your core are important!


This is a simple matrix with the goal of inputing great motion into your hips and thoracic spine while safely challenging your core.

Important cues:

  1. Breathe consistently through the exercise

  2. Maintain a balanced spine

  3. Move from the hips
