I am in Atlanta, GA to attend the ViPR Personal Trainer certification. I woke up at 5am ready to go. First, I performed a lovely movement matrix with my Pelvicore ball. It felt great to get my blood flowing and breath moving before an exciting day of learning. After a cup of green tea and a shower, I ate a delicious breakfast. I had two hard boiled pastured eggs, cucumber noodles (prepared with a spiralizer) salad with bell pepper, tomato and seaweed, a can of smoked oysters and a delicious organic peach. Then I sat down to fuel my brain with two interesting blog posts from Jenny Burrell on diastasis recovery and post natal healing. It is fascinating and daunting at the same time. I am thrilled with the opportunity to serve you as the Mom4Health. But, what an awesome responsibility. It is so important to to feed your body the proper nutrition and movement during the pregnancy and postnatal period. As this period is setting the stage for the rest of your life. What can you do today to improve your structure? Begin with a 5 minute movement matrix, a tall glass of plain water and a nutrient dense snack.
